2012 Artist: Emma Kate Rose

Emma Kate Rose is 17 years old and a senior at White Station High School.  She is in AP art and scored a 5 for her art work, the highest score possible, as a 10th grader.  She has won several awards in community art shows and has begun selling her paintings.  The painting she contributed to Art for Jobs in 2011 was one of the first to sell. She has tutored under Nancy Cheairs and other local artists.  She is hoping to pursue art as a career.
